The Real Madrid Foundation is the social arm of Real Madrid Football Club and was established with the purpose of placing the club’s educational, social, cultural, and sporting values at the service of society.

As part of its mission, the Foundation develops the Real Madrid Foundation Educational Football Program, an initiative integrated within its sporting activities and aimed at the holistic development of children. This program introduces the Real Madrid Foundation Methodology, an internationally recognized educational and sporting model focused on the transmission of values through sport.

This educational football program, endorsed by its success in more than 66 venues worldwide, now arrives in Bahrain, further reinforcing the Foundation’s commitment to education, and social development through football.

We use football as an educational tool to teach important values like dedication and teamwork but also to help students develop self-confidence and leadership skills along the way with fun and physical fitness.

The programme will be held in high quality facilities , ensuring students learn RMF methodology through expert Coaches recommended by the Real Madrid Foundation

REAL MADRID FOUNDATION

The Real Madrid Foundation's mission is the comprehensive training of individuals by way of sport, by teaching children and adults the sporting and human values that are embodied in sport and represent that which is fundamental.

The Real Madrid Foundation, promotes the social and educational aspects represented by sport with its wide educational, formative, and healthcare reach. Our Foundation helps with the integral development of the person through specific projects that contribute to social and economic improvements.

METHODOLOGY - MORE THAN FOOTBALL

Real Madrid Foundation methodology is the driving force behind our program. It is designed to develop people before players, integrating human growth and core values into every stage of learning. Through this approach, our students grow both on and off the field.

Our students will obtain the integral education of the Real Madrid Foundation school, based on an educational philosophy related to the values of effort, solidarity, integration and equality. Our methodology is based on our model of training young athletes to grow as people.

The Real Madrid Foundation philosophy-sport as an educational vehicle based on the basis which is educational, formative principles and the development of the person through sport.

EDUCATIONAL FOOTBALL PROGRAM

VALUES

We believe that sport and more specifically football, is a powerful tool which, when used correctly, can instill important values in individuals and society. We work with values including effort, dedication, commitment, teamwork and respect.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

Sport helps students remain physically active. Through football, we enhance each student’s motor development, strength, speed, coordination, endurance, and proprioception (balance and spatial awareness). A physically active body supports an active and focused mind.

SPORT DEVELOPMENT

RMF method teach football and game awareness in a fun, patient, and motivating environment. We encourage creativity, initiative, leadership, and problem-solving, helping students become confident football players and well-rounded individuals.

GAME UNDERSTANDING

We promote game understanding through small-sided games and targeted activities. Students learn to make quick decisions, improve spatial awareness, and develop a creative approach to both football and life.

COMPETENCIES DEVELOPMENT

Participation in a team environment encourages interaction among students and the development of social competencies such as communication, confidence, and cooperation. We support children in growing as individuals.

FOOTBALL LEARNING

All game principles are developed through match-based activities to ensure effective understanding. Football foundations are reinforced through dynamic and enjoyable game-based exercises where specific actions and movements are practiced
